Furnished Rental or Purchase
We provide a turnkey solution for furnished living amenities to accommodate short-term leases or rental properties. We professionally design, curate, procure and install all furniture and home essentials so that the property is immediately livable upon move-in.
As a cost-effective solution we offer different furniture packages that can fit any budget. Our "Unicorn" is a set RENTAL furniture PACKAGE previously curated by our designers from our warehouse of quality goods. we ALSO offer NEW FURNITURE PACKAGES DESIGNED AND PROCURRED for a furnished project. we purchase all items through vetted wholesale vendors, sharing both savings and quality assurance with our clients. Each project is custom designed per request, within a client-approved concept and budget.
How does it Work?
Like staging, our process if very similar
Shortly after submitting a request , our team reaches out to schedule a consultation to go over your needs and budget. After the consultation is complete, we whip up a contract and exchange autographs, floor plans and any other necessary information about your space within 48-72 hours for you to review.

Design
Once the contract, and small designer fee has been received, our designer gets to work curating a selection of goods to deck out your space from top to bottom.
We wait for your to proceed. If everything looks good payment is collected and orders are placed.

Our caring team of movers and technicians assembles your furniture, moves it in and sets it up according to plan. A designer completes your space with the finishing touches. Voila! your once tired extra space is ready for it's close up! Final payment is collected.

Furniture Purchase and Sales
Whether you looking to purchase furniture for yourself, or you're own rental property unit. Unicorn can be your solution.
We purchase all items through vetted wholesale vendors, sharing both savings and quality assurance with you. Each project is custom designed per request, within a client approved concept and budget. All custom furnished projects require a base fee of $700 for designer time. Base fees cover the cost of initial consultation, which allow us to understand our client's needs, 8 hrs of design service, and a project proposal.
